During their online registration, Students (Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and PhD Candidates) must provide, through e-mail to arch_conf@tuc.gr, a document (student pass or certificate from their institution's administration) indicating the University they belong to and its expiration date.

• Attendance at the Conference
• Conference Materials
• Electronic Book of Abstracts during the conference and proceedings with full texts after the completion of the conference
• Certificate of Attendance

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests are only accepted in writing, via email at arch_conf@tuc.gr.

●    For cancellation requests until 01/09/2023, the registration fee will be refunded, minus 10%.
●    From 01/09/2023, no refunds will be issued.
